Ling Cheng
Co-Founder
Ling Cheng is a leader in AI and innovation. Most recently, she led ML and AI at Quizlet, a top consumer learning site serving over 50 million students each month. In 2023, she was listed in Business Insider’s Top 100 in AI, and Top 6 in AI in EdTech. Before that, she was an ML manager at Quizlet (with Josh), and worked at other startups. She is passionate about helping people be their best selves, whether that be through education or health, and using AI in directly beneficial ways.
Julius Koll
Co-Founder
Julius is deeply committed to empowering patients with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate complex healthcare journeys. With a proven track record of leadership in healthcare and life sciences, Julius has worked with top-tier organizations to drive innovation in patient care and treatments. Passionate about bridging the gap between cutting-edge medical advancements and real-world patient outcomes, Julius co-founded Lemma Health to ensure that every patient facing a challenging diagnosis has access to personalized, comprehensive support in making informed treatment decisions.
Josh Scherbenski
Co-Founder
Josh Scherbenski is an expert in data science, machine learning, and AI. He has nearly 15 years of experience in applying machine learning and AI to build practical consumer and internal facing data-driven products for real estate and startup technology companies. Most recently, Josh was the VP of Data and Pricing at Zeus Living, a long-term furnished rental company, and currently serves as the cloud and ML architect advisor for Spoke Systems, a real-time CV2-X bicycle safety company. Prior to Zeus Living, Josh worked as a program manager and space systems engineer at NASA and was the first data scientist at Glassdoor. He has an MBA, a master in financial engineering, and a master of engineering in space systems.
