Account & data deletion
You can delete your Lemma Health account and the personal data associated with it in our Services. The primary way to do this is inside the app or web product—you do not need to email us to start the process.
Delete your account in the app
Open the Lemma Health app, go to Settings, open the Account section, tap Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps.
Delete your account on the web
Sign in to the Lemma Health web app, open Settings, open the Account section, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps.
Subscriptions & billing
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google. Manage or cancel them here if needed:
What happens next
When you complete deletion in the app or web app, we remove your account and associated personal data from our active systems as described in our Privacy Policy. Some information may be retained where required by law, or may remain in archives; we may continue to use de-identified or aggregate data as described there.
Can’t access your account?
If you cannot sign in to complete deletion (for example, you lost access to your email), contact the Lemma Health Privacy Officer at josh@lemmahealth.com and we will help verify your request.
