We start with gathering longitudinal data from the app, specifically for chronic conditions, to prove that we can get the data we need to build this future.

Josh Scherbenski

Founder & CEO

Josh is a father of two children with eczema. With 15 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI for startups, he is on a mission with Lemma Health to leverage the latest data and research to help his children's condition. Prior to his life in startups, he was a NASA engineer and program manager.

Dr. Regina-Celeste Ahmad

Pediatric-Dermatologist

Dr. Regina-Celeste Ahmad is a board-certified pediatric dermatologist with a passion for helping children with eczema and other skin conditions. She directs dermatology education for the pediatric residency program at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland.

Dr. Anna Emanuel

Medical Advisor

Dr. Emanuel is a double board-certified physician specializing in Integrative and Functional Medicine. She is passionate about helping patients uncover the root causes of their chronic conditions and achieve lasting well-being. As an advisor to Lemma Health, she brings her clinical expertise and leadership experience from top integrative clinics to help design patient-centered solutions that bridge traditional and innovative care approaches.

Healthcare Strategy Advisor

Sevda Mikdadi is the founding partner of VIP Global Care, a firm dedicated to helping patients access world-class care and navigate complex diagnoses with confidence and dignity. With over a decade of experience across the U.S., UAE, and UK, she brings deep expertise in patient navigation, care coordination, and healthcare strategy.
