Request account & data deletion
You can request that we delete your Lemma Health account and the personal data associated with it in our Services. This page describes how to submit that request.
How to request deletion
Send an email to josh@lemmahealth.com from the email address registered on your account so we can verify ownership. If you no longer have access to that address, email us from another address and include your registered email in the message.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt and process eligible requests as described in our Privacy Policy. For certain requests (for example under the CCPA), we aim to respond within one month where that timeline applies.
Important limitations
We may be required by law or other obligations to retain certain information for a period of time instead of deleting it immediately, or to retain it in archives after removal from active systems. We may continue to use de-identified or aggregate data as described in our Privacy Policy.
